Hey there! I’m Michelle Fletcher, owner and stylist of Studio M Hair Design. Welcome to my business! After growing up in a small town of less than 200, I spent my young adult life moving from state to state as a nomadic bartender. During my travels I had an incredible salon experience that showed me the transformative power of beauty. I wanted nothing more than to create that same feeling for others and I now proudly serve our Bloomington/Normal community.
As a working mom of two, I know exactly how important it is to feel special, pampered and beautiful in a relaxing ambiance. I’ve designed my studio suite salon experience in a way that will leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed and more confident than you’ve ever felt before.
I’ve been a stylist for 13+ years and have never been more in love with my clients or my craft. I specialize in precision color services and color corrections and take great pride in the fact that I travel for advanced color education at least twice annually.
I am on a quest for a balanced life and am a huge advocate for self-care. You can’t pour from an empty cup! When I’m not running around with my kiddos, you can catch me running on the ConstitutionTrail, reading all the self-help books or watching live music with friends.
